Hatch

I have completed the stainless hatch hinge bracket.  I welded on the tower part of the bracket first, then made the parts that fit to the hatch itself and drilled the holes.  I next put the bar though before finally welding those on.  This way I could be sure they would all line up.  It works.  The plans show a split pin and washer to hold the bar in place, but I think this looks a bit scruffy, so I will thread the ends and hold the bar on with nuts.  There is also a spring arrangement to fit which will help open the heavy hatch.
