The front endcap is complete at last. I didn't bother taking pictures as it was exactly the same procedure as the rear. The only difference was that I changed up a power setting and filled the backgouged joint in 1 go, rather than 2.
I painted the weld with a slightly different type of paint as I had run out of the other. As this was such a momentous occasion, I also took the wooden cover off for this photo opportunity. |
