With both holes cut for the lower hull structure, I could offer it up for a test fit.  I’m saying “structure” because only the top half is actually going to act as a ballast tank, the lower part is just for styling really.  Its all properly bolted together in the picture but I have to take it appart to cut the holes for the extra viewports I’m going to add.
