I fitted the tank and held it in place with some props.  Then i test fitted the framework from the inside, tacked it together and finally fully welded it all together.  I took my time with the parts that fit to the hull so i didnt burn the paint on the inside.  I made the framwork in sections so it fits to the edges better.
