I refitted the forward main tanks.  The EPDM rubber strip did not work.  I shoved and pushed it for all I was worth, it wouldnt go on.  It was a good idea I think but it did not quite fit, it was too tight.  I could have sanded some of the glass off I suppose but in the end I decided to seal it with sikaflex.  The stainless steels straps are offered into place and the main vent plumbing is next to do along with the aft tanks.
